Faith-Based Toolkits
Faith and Communities Engaged in Service (FACES) has developed two toolkits to support the President's faith-based and community initiative.

  • The Applicant Toolkit is designed to help all AmeriCorps applicants, both new and continuing, comply with the requirement to demonstrate partnerships with secular and faith-based community organizations.
  • The State Commission Toolkit provides background information on the Initiative as well as a seven step process for reaching out to secular and faith-based community organizations. This toolkit was designed for State Commissions; however, it does contain ideas and reference information with value to any national service program.
