Corporation environmental programs face challenges in measuring outputs and outcomes annually because changes to the environment tend to occur over a long period of time. Using examples of environmental projects, these logic models demonstrate how a three-year Corporation project is a part of a "big picture" context. These logic models suggest outcomes that could be measured annually, within the Corporation's three-year program cycle, as well as outcomes that would be expected over the long term if service activities continue to be provided. However, Corporation programs may not be able to measure these long-term outcomes. The following examples of logic models cover the following types of environmental projects.
