Data analysis is the process used to determine the effectiveness of your performance. The process of data analysis includes deciding on the appropriate analysis to conduct for each question (e.g., frequencies, averages, content analysis), preparing data for analysis, and summarizing results. For output data, the result of analysis should enable you to answer the question, "Did you accomplish what you set out to do?" For outcome data, the result of analysis should enable you to answer the question, "What changed for your service recipients during your program year?"
