The performance measurement work plan provides you with a framework for planning service activities to meet the needs of your community: developing measurable outputs, intermediate outcomes, end outcomes, and for reporting project results. Specifically, work plans contain clear criteria for measuring performance, namely the identification of targets and instruments. Performance measures contain clear criteria for program success.
