State commissions can request on-site workshops for their AmeriCorps programs. Project STAR works closely with commission staff to develop an agenda; including clarifying the intended outcomes, training methodology, and other provisions for the actual state-wide performance measurement training. Project STAR also encourages state commission staff to take advantage of on-site Train-the-Trainer workshops that help staff to develop their own performance measurement skills to assist their AmeriCorps programs.
