This manual is a revision of an earlier document prepared in 1997. The authors of the 2008 version of Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services Waivers: A Guide for Senior Companion Programs are Joshua M. Wiener, David Brown, and Janet O’Keeffe of RTI International.
